We're looking for a skilled and reliable Welder Fabricator to join our team and support our growing production demands.

Job Summary:

The Welder Fabricator is responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality, precise components are produced for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Fit and assemble parts to meet specifications and tolerances
• Inspect welds and fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
• Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, drills, and saws
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Assist with material handling and production needs as required
• Occasional operation of cobot welding cell

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of welding and fabrication tools
• Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately with tape measure, calipers, and squares
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Welding certifications a plus, but not required
