This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the content strategy and user experience for a suite of financial products that help clients achieve their long-term wealth goals. As a Senior Content Designer, you will collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and research teams to define and deliver clear, effective, and empowering content. You will influence both strategy and execution, crafting messaging that guides users through complex financial experiences. Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop content strategies and designs that enhance the user experience across web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI design, engineering, legal, and research to solve complex product challenges.
• Craft product copy, microcopy, notifications, emails, FAQs, style guides, and content patterns that are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly messaging, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and usability.
• Partner with brand and marketing teams to ensure a coherent voice and tone across all user touchpoints.
• Advocate for the end user, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for content improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the content design team.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

• 5+ years of content design experience, preferably in consumer software, with experience in financial technology products being a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong content design skills, including user interface copy, microcopy, emails, FAQs, and style guides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and deliver content that meets user and business needs.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of UX principles for web and mobile, with an eye for detail and clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and passion for fintech and building user-centered financial experiences.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence product decisions through content expertise.
