Job Description

Develop marketing strategies and plans based on company strategy and market conditions, including marketing tactics, market research, and key account development.
Manage the marketing team: Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team, including setting sales targets, supervising the sales process, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets its goals.
Build brand image: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through marketing activities such as advertising and public relations, and improve the company’s brand image.
Expand market share: Analyze market demand and competitive landscape to create targeted marketing strategies to increase market share. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive overall business development.
Assume responsibility for business performance: Accountable for the marketing center’s performance, achieving sales targets and other business metrics set by the company.
