Pay and Benefits of Registered Nurse – PRN (Home Health)

• $55.00 – $100.00 per visit (based on visit type and complexity)
• Choose Your Own Schedule – Total Flexibility

Job Description of Registered Nurse – PRN (Home Health)

• Provide skilled nursing visits to  adult and geriatric patients in their homes
• Complete OASIS assessments, follow-up visits, and supervisory visits
• Document services using  EMR system: Wellsky (Kinnser)
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• EMR Experience – Wellsky/Kinnser REQUIRED
• OASIS REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong assessment skills and patient-centered care approach
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
