Marcus Hotels & Resorts is searching for a Corporate Brand Marketing Manager to expand our growing Marketing Team. This role will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and handle brand marketing projects across the Hotel Division. We are seeking a fun-loving, team-oriented, strategic-thinking, and entrepreneurial marketing professional who is always on the lookout for innovative ways to drive the business through new and creative strategies, with the opportunity for potential growth as the company continues to expand.

This position provides strategic guidance and tactical execution on all marketing and public relations efforts. Experience and a good working knowledge of social media, public relations, digital marketing, CRM platforms, loyalty database management, report analysis, and email marketing are needed for success in this role. Great communication skills are essential in this role, as they enable engagement and management of expectations with a variety of stakeholders, as well as external resources. This opportunity is based out of our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans to support rewards programs, gift card sales, and other division brand marketing tactics to drive revenue to portfolio.
  • Execute tactics from the annual marketing plan, including promotions, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Identify digital opportunities across locations, manage vendor contracts, and oversee implementation and adoption.
  • Collaborate with operations and local marketing teams to drive revenue through events and unique promotions.
  • Plan and manage social media, email marketing, and local listing updates to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Lead website updates and oversee online listings for designated properties.
  • Manage media spend, marketing analytics, and reporting to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with PR and third-party agencies on campaigns, creative assets, and media coverage.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials, events, and communications.
  • Oversee budgets, process invoices, and support cross-functional marketing efforts as needed.
  • Handle project-based tasks to support the portfolio and property-level efforts as needed with digital marketing and F&B marketing support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience; hospitality, restaurant, or attraction industry a plus. Budget management experience required.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Outlook, and CRMs.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, analytics, and reporting tools, with the ability to evaluate various options and quickly make recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all formats and audiences (social media and professional).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as the ability to think creatively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; must be able to work out of our corporate office 5 days a week.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $75,000
