Our Tech client is lookign for a Client Account Manager to join them 40hr/wk, remote, for 6 months. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Client Partner to execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring our advertising partners, including agencies and direct advertisers, achieve their marketing objectives on the rapidly expanding Reddit platform. This is a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity, ideal for someone with strong social platform experience, particularly with optimizing campaigns geared toward lower funnel tactics.
Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Client Partners to exceed client reach and marketing goals.
+ Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and/or direct clients) across industries.
+ Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives while partnering to create strategic and compelling media plans.
Campaign Management:
+ Lead and execute campaign launches, overseeing the process from start to finish.
+ Provide detailed and actionable optimization recommendations based on performance data.
+ Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure smooth campaign delivery and troubleshoot technical issues.
Education and Advocacy:
+ Educate brands and media agencies, clearly communicating Reddit's advertising value proposition and strategic best practices.
+ Gather client feedback and performance data to inform Reddit's product roadmap and improvements.
Performance Analysis:
+ Dive into campaign performance metrics, audience insights, seasonality trends, and competitor data to develop KPI-focused optimizations.
+ Regularly present thoughtful recommendations to clients that drive measurable success.
Internal Coordination:
+ Act as the main point of contact for internal account operations, including revenue delivery and issue escalation as necessary.
+ Advocate for client needs to cross-functional teams and drive execution of solutions.
Requirements
+ 5+ years in advertising sales and account management (preferred experience in social media platforms).
+ Familiarity with the customer marketing funnel and digital marketing ecosystems.
+ Understanding of digital measurement tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel (preferred).
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to cultivate relationships with external partners.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
+ High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
